Do you Remember the Joy when you Accepted Jesus of Nazareth as your Savior?
The book of Revelation has many warnings for the Churches, and one of them is:
Revelation 2 4:5 (KJV)
“Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent”
First (protos pro’tos)G4413= foremost importance
Love (agape ag-ah’-pay)G26= affection or benevolence; (plural) a love-feast:–(feast of) charity(-ably), dear, love.
Revelation 2 4:5 (OrthJBC)
“But I have this against you, that you abandoned your Ahavah HaRishonah. [Yirmeyah 2:2] 5 Therefore, let there be zikaron (remembrance) of from where you have fallen and make teshuva (repentance, turning from sin to G-d) and do the Ma’asim HaRishonim; but, if not, I am coming to you (pl.) and I will remove your menorah, from its place, unless you make teshuva. ”
Ahavah= As in a state of love-sickness, in which the mind cannot is constantly obsessed by his/her beloved
Ha= the Rishonah= First
Ma’asim= Works Ha= the Rishonim= first former foremost
Which is God whos is, who was the first and shall be the last. Therefor remember God, be in awe of him and his only begotten Son. Remember the Joy and overwhelming feeling you had? Love for all things and all people and an overwhelming joy of knowing you were not alone and loved. Well it’s still there inside you and God has not changed. God’s compassion is never failing. It appears LOVE and caring for each other is what the enemy and his minions are trying to diminish in us. Don’t let them! For by the words of God they shall be a thing as naught (less they repent)
